Theoxenia Hotel Santorini 3*

Small traditional Hotel in the most central location of Fira town, in the Caldera area of Fira city.

Constructed on the upper pedestrian street level of the cliffside is ideally situated and has two floors and just 9 rooms, the Standard types that have city view and the Superiors rooms that view the Volcano, the sunset and the picturesque Caldera.

Theoxenia is ideal for a few days in Santorini for couples or families that wish to be in a downtown spot, next to everything, at a fair price.

The Hotel serves continental breakfast with traditional touches in bed or the top terraces depending on the weather and season. It remains open all year long and all the rooms are airconditioned independendly in the summer months or kept warm by central heating in the winter, as airconditioned heat is not proper for a Hotel type establishments in Santorini.

Theoxenia is the first hotel of the family Mendrinos and Gioukas and in the summer time and upon availability and restrictrions (due to the last pandemic) offers its guests access to the Sister Luxury Hotel Aressana, a few meters further where guests can use the swimming pool (paid fee access of 25.00 euro to be saeted at a lounge chair or 55.00 euro for a private Cabana), gym (free) and spa services at a discount price, between the months of operation of Aressana, April to first days of November usually.

Lastly, Theoxenia can be reserved as a whole by Groups or privately for up until 20 guests. Is ideal for companies or families that want to have the premises to themselves. 

Our Hotel is operating for many years, our experience is wide regarding things to do around the island. We value our guests and want them to have a great stay, see things and waste no time for these few days they will be hosted with us. Please avoid making reservations for cruises/catamarans not knowing the weather of that day, and please avoid renting ATVs or Quad bikes as they are the primary accident reason on Santorini's busy asphalt roads in the summer.
